American River Ride
Tyler, Kev, & I went for a quick ride along the american river trail (links to related pages: arpf, sara-riverwatch, sacparks) . A good ride for the day. It started to rain on us a bit on the way back. Here are some stats:

Total Riding Time: 2:44:42
Ave Speed: 17.3 mph
Split: 1:16:46 riding time, 17.1 mph, 21.96 mi
Breaks: took a break at Hazel Ave right before turning around and heading back. I also stopped by a coworkers house and said hi for about 10-15 mins.
Food: 2 Bagels before ride, cliff bar ½ way in, ¾ bottle of water ¶ 11:00 PM
