Tri For Fun - Rancho Seco, CA

so this was my fist triathlon. i got home one evening pretty late and sarahp said she was doing a tri in the morning and asked if i wanted to come. i said wake me up in the morning and i'll see how i feel. she woke me up and i said why not, i've never done one before. so we headed out and i tried it out. i think sarah tore me up, but i've got excuses... http://www.tbfracing.com/results/results/2003/TFF/07-12-03_TFF2OA_FIN.htmPlace Bib First _Last _____GENDER Age DIVISION Adjusted Finish47 ___174 SARAH _PITTIGLIO F _____25 _20-29 ___1:32:1149 ___362 PHILIP LeCOCQ ___M _____23 _20-29 ___1:32:30Labels: cycling, running, swimming, triathlon

Triathlons, why punish yourself? For me it's another challenge and it keeps me in shape with some sort of training goal to make sure I'm not slacking off and can keep doing the things I really enjoy doing. Swimming and biking just aren't that hard on the body and they keep the joints and lungs healthy. Links to my individual event pages:
